With over 8 other gyms in less than a 2 mile radius there’s serious competition to stand out to gain and retain members. With the gym now under new ownership the new team were left with legacy marketing collateral from the previous brand. So a serious steer was needed on what marketing to keep, what to drop and what to develop - all to keep themselves ahead of the competition.
