INTRODUCING DOUNESIDE HOUSE
Set in the Scottish Highlands Douneside House is a non-for-profit hotel which was once an exclusive escape for service personnel and their families. After an incredible renovation in 2016 the hotel and its accompanying cottages, restaurant and health club reopened to both military and regular guests alike. Within only a year Douneside was duly awarded Hotel of the Year in Scotland by the AA.
With a new website just launched, Douneside needed a way of attracting new guests beyond its established military client base to ensure consistent business throughout the season. Plus with new business offerings the challenge was on to drive additional business for weddings, conferences and fine dining experiences.
